Hello from Richard

Hello to everybody! Incase you didn't know I am currently taking Tae Kwon Do lessons at a place called Trancending Martial Arts. I have learnt a lot and have recently broken a board!!!

    Richard that is great!
    I'd love to do some martial arts with you and show you a few karate moves and have you show me some of yours! Hopefully we can do that on some beautiful beach somewhere!
